ORDERING AND PURCHASE

  1. In section" HOME" you can examine all models and available sizes of the offered products.
  2. You can order products in section "ORDERS"
  3. All published prices are per 1 piece of the products, including VAT. The price doesn't include delivery expenses.
  4. It is required name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to confirm and activate the needed order, for every single order. If required data is incomlete or inadequate, "Simo Co" Ltd. will not commit accomplishment of your order.
  5. The customer is obliged to replying to the operator and specifying all necessary details, concerning the order, by telephone or by the e-mail address, given previously by him, during the work time (monday to friday 09:00 - 17:00, saturday 09:00 - 13:00)
  6. Information, received by electronic means, is considered equivalent to information, received by paper media or by telephone.

DELIVERY

  1. All ordered products are delivered by a delivery service provider, hired by "Simo Co" Ltd., or by it's representative on the address, given by the customer. By means of a pre-settled agreement and the previously given telephone number for counter contact, the customer will be informed, if the delivery is available in the branch office of the delivery service provider, situated in the respective town or city. If an exact address is given, the delivery will be made on it, during the work time of the delivery service provider. In cases that in the pre-settled time of delivery, the receiver is not contacted, the delivery is returned to the branch office of the delivery service provider, until called for it. The deliveries to be called for are received in the respective branch office of the delivery service provider.
  2. Once the delivery is recieved by the customer or a person authorized by the customer, it is not accepted a return of the delivery. All delivery expenses are payed by the receiver.
  3. In cases of unforeseen circumstances "Simo Co" Ltd., the delivery service provider or its representatives doesn't commit itself to inform the customer of a delay or/and cancelation of the delivery.

REJECTING AN ORDER

  1. Rejecting an order is possible in the following conditions:
    • If the received model, size, colour, product is different from the ordered;
    • Transportation deffects;
    • Differrence from pre-settled price.
  2. The claim is accepted at the moment of receiving the delivery.
  3. Except the above conditions and art. 55, from the Law for Customer Protection of Bulgaria, the customer have no right to reject the delivery. In cases that he do so, he will not receive the payed money back, and owes all expenses concerning the back delivery also.
  4. In cases of differences between delivered and ordered product, and if it is impossible to define more accurately, after an accurate inspection and if the mistake of the sender is proved, the product will be changed and delivery expenses payed by "Simo Co" Ltd. or by its representative.
  5. In cases of a deffect in the product warranty terms are applied.
  6. Due to art. 55, from the Law for Customer Protection of Bulgaria, the customer is within his rights 7 days from receiving the delivery, if it is in same condition as at time of receiving. In this case the back delivery expenses are payed by the customer.

RESTRICTIONS FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE
